Pay Back Loans, Don’t Ruin Banks – Toasehemaa Charged Loan Defaulters

“We cannot continue to enjoy the facilities provided by these financial institutions without fulfilling our obligations to repay.”

She urged all loan defaulters to take immediate action to settle their debts, stressing that failure to do so would not only harm their credit ratings but also undermine the stability of the financial sector. “It’s time for all of us to take responsibility for our actions and pay back our loans,” she added.

The 10th Rural Banking Week Celebration, themed “Rural Banking: Driving Economic Growth through Financial Inclusion”, brought together stakeholders in the financial sector to discuss issues related to financial inclusion and economic development.
