NPP Chairmanship Bid: Wontumi Embarks on Northern Region Tour

Mr. Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has resumed his nationwide campaign tour for the party’s national chairmanship position.

Tomorrow, he will embark on a tour of the Northern and North East Regions, meeting with party executives and constituency leaders to seek their support.

Chairman Wontumi’s tour aims to energize the party base and inspire hope and confidence in the regions as he seeks to lead the party to reclaim political power in 2028. His campaign team is optimistic about a positive response from the regions.

Hon Banahene, a key member of the Chairman Wontumi Campaign and former DCE for Sekyere Central District, expressed confidence in Wontumi’s candidacy, stating that his election as National Chairman should be a national call.

The tour is expected to boost the party’s morale and reinforce Wontumi’s bid for the top position.
