MTN Ghana Empowers Youth with Digital Literacy and Financial Inclusion at Success Africa Summit

The Leading Telecommunication in Africa, MTN Ghana has reinforced its commitment to youth empowerment, digital education, and financial inclusion at the 20th edition of the Success Africa Summit, held at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Great Hall Auditorium.

The summit, themed “Beyond Vision: Dare, Act & Achieve”, brought together over 1,500 students from second cycle and tertiary institutions across Ghana.

Nana Addai, Mobile Money Manager for Northern Ghana at MTN, delivered an extensive address on digital financial literacy, Mobile Money usage, and fraud prevention. He highlighted MTN’s Mobile Money services, including savings and investment options, and warned students about social engineering tactics used by fraudsters.

 

Mrs. Dzudzorfe Hadzor, Coordinator for Data Devices & Home at MTN Ghana, guided students on efficient data usage and management, advising them on practical strategies to control data consumption.

The summit featured engaging sessions on financial literacy, saving strategies, and achieving independence. Students interacted with MTN representatives, posing questions and sharing experiences, and gained insights into safe Mobile Money usage, fraud prevention, and smart data management.

MTN Ghana and the Success Africa Summit continue to empower students across the country, preparing them to thrive academically, financially, and digitally.
