The IGP, MPs, and others attended Muntaka’s mother’s burial service.

Many dignitaries and supporters attended the Islamic funeral for Hajia Saudatu Sulemana Muntaka, the late mother of Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak, the Interior Minister and Member of Parliament for Asawase.

To provide their support, the leaders of several security agencies as well as the Inspector General of Police (IGP) were present. Parliamentarians, Asawase residents, and other supporters also showed up to offer their respects at the funeral.

The solemn occasion demonstrated how highly esteemed Hajia Saudatu Sulemana Muntaka was. To support the family and pay tribute to her memory, the community rallied.

The Interior Minister conveyed his appreciation for the overwhelming support during this trying period.
