Security and Event Layout.

Three zones will be created within Black Star Square:

Zone 1: Parliamentary Sitting Area: Only invited guests may enter this area after presenting an invitation card.

Zone 2: Public Stands: These are accessible to the public but subject to stringent safety and security regulations. To improve event visibility, large LED screens will be built.

Zone 3: Media Area: Dedicated to certified journalists, this area has all the amenities needed to support media coverage.

Parking and Traffic Conditions

Certain routes in Accra will be temporarily restricted to enable efficient traffic flow during the event; drivers are encouraged to stay informed by the following updates:

Road Closures: Starlet 91 Road, Castle Road, Osu Cemetery Traffic Light, and 28th February Road will all be closed.

Alternate Routes: Salem Avenue, Oxford Street, and Liberia Road are some of the alternate routes that traffic will be diverted to.

Parking lots: The Access Bank Parking Lot, the State House Forecourt, and the rear of the Independence Arch are all designated parking lots.

Global Involvement Ten heads of state, two vice presidents, a speaker of parliament, two past presidents, and a number of heads of international organisations are scheduled to attend the event.
