In the second coming of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia, the party’s national chairman, promised the residents of Anyinofi in the Ashanti region’s Sekyere Afram Plains that the party would implement development projects.
According to him, it is a noble notion for Nananom and the locals to want a senior high school. Moreover, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama’s goal of enhancing the nation’s educational system is the reason why many SHS have been constructed in certain areas.
Since the NDC government launched the Community Day SHS concept, Mr. Asiedu Nketia adds, the present NPP government has made much noise about it, but it is now benefiting Ghana’s good people.
Hajiah Nasira Afrah, the NDC’s parliamentary candidate for the Sekyere Afram Plains Constituency, pointed out that the NDC’s initiative secured them a district in the constituency, demonstrating the party’s ability to perform when given the go-ahead.
She exhorts voters to support her and John Dramani Mahama in the general elections scheduled for December 7.
