Cocoa Farmers’ Children Will Get Free Postsecondary Education – Bawumia Promises

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who double as the vice president and the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, has unveiled a new plan to give cocoa growers’ children free higher education.

He clarified that by fostering educational opportunities, the policy seeks to empower families and promote stability and economic mobility. If successful, the program will pay for qualifying students’ tuition and related expenses, enabling children of cocoa growers to follow their aspirations without worrying about money.
