After 2024 Elections : A Chief Condemns Attacks on Public Property and Asks for Calm.

The Nkosuo-hene of Nyakyereniase Nana Adu Gyamfi kumanim Barimakese I has called for calm and restraint following reports of violence and lawlessness in some parts of the country.

Nana Adu Gyamfi kumanim, condemned reports of attacks on public offices and installations and urged citizens to remain calm and avoid actions that could harm Ghana’s institutions and democracy.

“He reiterated his call for the youth not to vent their frustrations in criminal enterprise, but instead to channel their anger and frustration into positive efforts to rebuild the nation.

He therefore called on the NDC next government to abolish what they describe as nuisance taxes to alleviate the economic burden on businesses in Ghana.

“Many businesses has collapsed in the country due to nuisance taxes imposed on them under the NPP government.
