A shocking incident has unfolded in Akyerensua, a town in the Asutifi South District of Ghana’s Ahafo Region, where a man, identified as Kwaku Ananse, is on the run after allegedly killing his wife, Afia Pomaah, 48, with a gun.
According to eyewitness Hanna Oduro, also known as Mama, who is the daughter of the deceased, the motive behind the killing stems from her discovery that her stepfather had used a love spell on her mother. Oduro revealed in an interview with Saint Jeff of Boss FM that she noticed unusual behavior from her stepfather towards her mother and decided to investigate.
The incident has sent shockwaves through the community, with many calling for swift action to apprehend the suspect and bring him to justice.
