The Atwima Mponua National Democratic Congress (NDC) Constituency Chairman, Haruna Salifu, popularly known as Chairman Kutu, has issued a stern warning to an individual named Agyemang, who has been falsely claiming to have been awarded a government contract for land reclamation within the constituency.
