Ashanti Regional Minister Attends Republic Day Thanksgiving Service with Muslim Community.

In honour of this year’s Republic Day, the Muslim community organized a unique Thanksgiving and Prayer Service, in which Dr. Frank Amoakohene, the Ashanti Regional Minister, took part.

In a moment of profound introspection and thankfulness, participants prayed for Allah’s ongoing direction and blessings on the country.

Throughout the service, Dr. Amoakohene underlined the importance of Republic Day, saying that it is a call to renew the dedication to justice, unity, and national service in addition to celebrating Ghana’s constitutional path.

He urged everyone present to embrace the nation’s diversity, promote tolerance and peace, and cooperate in creating a Ghana that remembers the sacrifices made by its ancestors.

One of Ghana’s fundamental values, unity in variety, was emphasized in the minister’s speech. He asked Allah to grant the country greatness and strength in his prayers. A moving reminder of the importance of faith in promoting peace and national unity was provided by the Thanksgiving Service.

Muslim community members and other interested parties gathered to consider the country’s achievements and future prospects. Dr. Amoakohene stated, “Let us continue to respect the principles of peace and tolerance, draw strength from our diversity, and collaborate to create a Ghana that honours the sacrifices of our ancestors.” His prayer also included the words, “May Allah bless our homeland Ghana and make her great and strong.”

The occasion emphasizes how crucial interfaith communication and collaboration are to fostering national progress and togetherness. It also emphasizes how important leaders are in helping Ghanaians develop a feeling of belonging and a common goal.
