The revelation of the ultimate Hero of Change and the moving testimonies of the finalists are expected to make the 2025 finale an unforgettable evening. The Lipstick Queens Band, an all-female group, will perform for guests.
MTN Ghana’s Chief Corporate Services and Sustainability Officer, Adwoa Afriyie Wiafe, said, “We are ecstatic to honour these inspirational heroes who exemplify the genuine spirit of change in our country.
Their commitment to enhancing the lives of others is a prime example of the principles that MTN upholds, and we are honoured to highlight them and share their stories.
In July 2013, MTN Heroes of Change was introduced to find and honour individuals who have taken the initiative to give up their time and money to better their communities and make people’s lives better.
The MTN Heroes of Change program has celebrated exceptional people who embody selfless service and commit their time and resources to bettering the lives of others in their communities since its beginnings. Six people have been named the ultimate Heroes of Change since the program’s inception, and over 70 heroes have received recognition in a variety of categories.
The platform has greatly benefited their social causes by enabling them to grow their programs and increase the visibility and influence of their voices.
