Playing with the penis of a mentally challenged man led to the arrest of two women.

A 21-year-old guy with a mental disability was indecently assaulted by two women in Ntcheu.

The pair, who are from Muyayano village, Traditional Authority Kwataine in Ntcheu district, have been named by Inspector Jacob Khembo, Public Relations Officer of the Ntcheu Police Station, as Stella Kavalo, 37, and Mwayiwawo Chautsi, 44.

Khembo claims that on the afternoon of January 1st, 2025, the two were drinking beer on their way from Muyayano to Zidana Village when they saw a mentally challenged man who is also stupid. They undressed him and began groping his privates in the jungle nearby.

Passers-by discovered the accused in the act.

Khembo added that the victim’s mother was informed of the occurrence and brought it to the attention of the Nsipe police post, where they were arrested.

They are scheduled to appear in court today to respond to the indecent assault charge.
