156 Ghanaians face deportation from the United States – Ablakwa.

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the contender for foreign affairs minister, revealed that 156 Ghanaians are in danger of being deported from the US.

This comes after the recent executive order on birthright citizenship issued by U.S. President Donald Trump. When Mr. Ablakwa appeared before the Appointments Committee of Parliament on Friday, he disclosed this information.

The executive order in question seeks to overturn birthright citizenship, which is the practice of automatically awarding citizenship to everyone born in the United States.

Mr. Ablakwa emphasized that if it is accepted, he will guarantee the government’s dedication to helping those who are impacted.
